Pioneer USB Error 23

Recently I have used my 16 GB Toshiba USB flash drive to create a windows boot image using Rufus. Before doing that it was used on my car audio player (Pioneer DEH-2400UB). I have formatted the USB drive in FAT32 mode and copied all my music back to it. Once I plug it into the car audio player it was throwing an error 23.

Missing Backup UI In Windows Server 2012

For older windows server operating systems like windows server 2003, backup program call "NTBackup" was there under the system tools section when it was installed for the first time. In Microsoft's latest windows server operating system called "Windows Server 2012" Windows Server Backup is not installed on default. It's located as a "feature" and need to be installed separately. You can do it by going in to the server manager window and choosing "Add Roles and Features" under the "Manage" menu item. But today's post is not about installing windows server backup feature. It's about recovering from a missing user interface for the windows server backup on Windows Server 2012.

This copy of Windows must be activated before you can log on

There is a possibility that you will receive a error message which says "This copy of Windows must be activated before you can log on" after 30 days. Since you have already activated the windows it will not allow you to go to the desktop. So what do you do to log back in ?

Unable to open drives by double clicking

Most of the time this is caused by a virus or malware. This type of viruses and malwares mostly spreading through a flash drive which you are taking everywhere. The problem is when you have removed the virus or malware using a virus remover or malware remover still you can't open drives by double clicking on them. This happens because the changes that happen to registry values not been set to normal by the virus or malware removing software. So we need to manually correct them.

Fixed nv4_disp stuck in an infinite loop problem

If you are reading this blog you may know that I have a problem on my computer. I'm getting a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Dead) saying "the device driver got stuck in an infinite loop" while loading the desktop icons. Earlier I have posted a tip to prevent this occurring again. (Read my previous post about nv4_disp stuck in an infinite loop from here) But unfortunately it didn't work for me too long. During last week i faced this problem over and over again. Since there was no correct solution anywhere I have to uninstalled the display drivers and use my computer for time being. It was so difficult.

I don't want to believe that my VGA card was damaged some how because without drivers it is working fine. But just to make sure it's condition I have decided to take a look at the inside of my computer. I have not open the case for many months and it's full of dust. So I have blow out the dust using a blower and then removed the VGA card from the mother board. I have checked the circuit board and every part of the card and couldn't find any problem. So I have clean it up also and fixed it back to the mother board. Then I have boot my system back and installed the drivers for the VGA card once again.

Wow ! This time it worked. Drivers installed without any problem and my desktop load after the restart without any problem. I'm using my computer for weeks now without any problem. So, here is my tip if you are having the same problem on a older computer. Please clean your computer, clean your VGA card, clean the slots then give it a try again. Let me know if that worked for you. Good Luck !

Spyware, Malware and adware removing solutions

Spyware, Malware or Adware infections are very common in these days. Especially if you are browsing internet, visiting porn and illegal software websites. Spyware infections are very common with nowise users and internet beginners that used to click every thing and anything that they see on the screen. Removing these infections are little bit difficult sometimes. Earlier I have posted a article about best spyware removal software. You can try one of those if you have spayware, Malware or Adware problem in your computer. To day I'm not going to talk about spyware removing tools. This article is about a website that provide you information about how to remove these infections from your computer.

This web site is called remove-malware.net and it contains hundreds of instructions to remove Spyware, Malware and Adware. I'm using this site more often to get help to remove infections off from my customers computers and I honestly think this will help you to resolve many of your problems. Some times you have to have some sort of advanced knowledge to perform the instructions given on this website. But, you can safely do that if you read them carefully and follow the instructions step by step. For most users I'm recommending to use a some sort of a spyware removing tool to clean their computers. If you are a advanced computer user this might be the best site if your on to spyware, Malware or Adware problems.

Can't Open My Blog On Internet Explorer

For Past month I have faced some problems with my technology blog to get it open on the Internet explorer web browser. When I tried to open it using Internet explorer it gave me an "Operation Aborted" error. I couldn't open it. But I was able to open my other blog in the internet explorer without any problem and also for other web browsers like Firefox or chrome don’t seem to have this problem. Because this is becoming a frustration for my readers who uses internet explorer as their web browser I decided to search about it.

I have read many web sites and blogs and finally found some answers for it. This problem mainly caused by Followers Gadget or may be because of a third party Java Script. For my case it was the Followers gadget.

Since this issue was not fixed yet the only option is to remove the Followers gadget from your blog and if it didn't solve the problem try to remove other third party Java scripts you added to your blog.

I know this is not an easy thing to do. Removing certain things might impact the appearance of your blog badly. But for the time been this is our only hope. If you really wish to keep the Followers gadget try to put it in as low as possible position on your side bars. It fixed the problem for my other blog. I'm trying to do the same on this blog also.

You can find more information about this problem and any other problems you have with Blogger from this blog

“Setup did not find any hard disk drives” during windows setup

Yesterday one of my friends faced to a problem while re-installing windows on his computer. On the windows installation process just after the welcome screen he’s getting a error saying “Setup did not find any hard disk drives”. So I have searched the internet to find a solution and the explanation was, this happens when the hard disk is on a SATA or SCSI controller and windows setup does not have a suitable driver for it. There are few ways to fix this problem and this is how I did it.

First of all I have checked his BIOS setup to find a way to set his SATA controller to compatibility mode. But unfortunately there was no option for that in there.

Then I tried to load the SATA driver from a floppy disk. To do this you should have a working floppy drive and a floppy disk which is very hard to find these days. If you don't have a floppy disks you have another option. Go to this post and follow the instructions.

Then I went to his mother board manufacturer’s website and download the SATA driver in to the floppy disk.

Next I have boot the computer from the Windows XP CD and as soon as the blue screen appears I pressed the F6 key on the keyboard. Remember this is the first blue screen to appear and you will see the prompt at bottom that says "Press F6 if you need to install a third party SCSI or Raid driver". You only have a few seconds to react to this prompt.

On next screen you have to press S to load drivers. Then it allows me to enter the floppy disk in to the drive. I have inserted the floppy in to the drive and press enter key.

Then I can choose my SATA driver from a list that appears on the screen. Just after choosing the drivers press enter key to continue the setup.

Then the normal windows setup will start once again.
